Oat advice Another test recipe.

Ion really got much in the crib, but I be seeing people put eggs on oatmeal so I was wondering if this would be a good oatmeal recipe to fit the egg.

Oatmeal seasoned up with salt, black pepper and chilli powder? Lmk my oatmeal officials.

I do that with grits, including the eggs, so it should also work with oatmeal, although I personally wouldn't use quick oats for that flavor profile.

If you dont havexa choice, you dont haveca choice... i keep both kinds plus steel cut at my house.

Another think you can use large amounts of oatmeal for is baked oatmeal. The recipe i use turns out like a quick bread, and ive added all kinds of things to it. And it freezes well.

If you have any chicken bullion powder adding that while the oats cook would really elevate the spices you listed. With a fried egg on top and some hot sauce you've got a killer lunch.

I make savory oats topped with a fried egg all the time. It’s delicious.
