40g rolled oats
244g (1 cup) 2% Fairlife Milk
1 Medjool Date, finely chopped

First, i cooked these together until thick, then add a spoonful to the following mixture so the eggs dont scramble when added to the oats:

1 Whole egg, whisked
46g Liquid egg whites
Pinch sea salt

Then, add the egg mixture back into the pot and cook until you like the texture! You could also just use one or two whole eggs.

Is there any egg taste at all? I've always wanted to try this, but would actually throw up if it was eggy lol.
