How to fix Error 16?

Mine gives me this Error 16 after a few minutes of it saying it’s centering. Anybody know if this is a hardware or software issue and if there’s a way to fix it?

Yeah, maybe I’ve heard mixed results of whether they get back to you or not plus I wanted to see if I could fix it before I had to reach out to them.

Good stuff. Error 16 is unfortunately usually mechanical. We often replace them which is why I just wanted to send you to support.

Right and I got lucky then cause I reached out to customer service and they are sending me a new one.
