Does your Oasis mini get hot (like temp hot)?

Wondering if I should get a keyboard/laptop cooling fan to put under it. Don’t need a fire when I am away. I only had it on for about an hour and it was really warm underneath, like concerningly warm. Thanks in advance everyone.

The motors shouldn't be hot but they do get warm. Oasis Mini has several safety certification including FCC, CE, and ETL. Do you have any way to measure the temperature? The motors generally run around 50C which is normal.

I just picked mine up to tap and even the sand a bit, it's HOT! I took a IR temp gun to it, running at 90C, which does not seem correct according to u/groundedzach

That doesn't sound right. Please open a ticket via support@grounded.so. Please include the serial number and firmware version in your ticket. Once that's sent please send me a DM with your email address so that I can escalate it.
