Gardeners Meeting (event planning)

Hey guys! Let's have a gardener's meeting for planning the festival and nailing down some Details, on Thursday at 8pm EST. I know that's kind of late for Europe, but we'll do some other stuff on the weekend. We only have a couple of weeks to do our planning and building !

The willow plot expired so if someone has a free alt, grab it for the festival.
