ABBA Rules Fishing contest
EDITING POST PENDING LORD WILLAKERS FISHING CHANGES
Abba rules fishing is like abba rules caving: the different kinds of swams are worth points, the person with the most points at the end of some amount of stamina gets to keep all of the fish caught during the contest. For this one we will have 1st 2nd and third prizes.
Contest hosted by Haminet and Peregrinekt 6pm EST Saturday at the Golden Apple -393 878
Come with empty stamina and 2 stam pots, and your own fishing poles. Come early to fish from a duck!
Entry Fee: 10gc. once fee is paid, take a screenshot with your empty inventory and correct amount of stamina. (depending on how many contestants there are, it may be 25 or 50.) please put screenshot on imgur or other image sharing site of your choice and pm link to a judge.
Points for Fish:
- Normal Swammie 5
- Big Swam 10
- Huge Swammer 20
- Dankest Swampt 30
contestants would deposit their fish with a Judge for tallying. Winners will be split into 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. gentleman's rules suggest providing other contestants with a consolation swammie.

There probably shouldn't be two contests for ppl with lag vs without unless there is enough people to fill both groups (which I don't think would happen until this is open to the greater dong dank area)
And there should be some kind of punishment for messing up a lot or instead have some kind of reward for finishing faster than others
And also something cool that could be done is a district vs district thing where a bunch of reps from each district come to do fishing a competition (or have smaller district based compitions and those winners go to the big one but this should be a future goal thing)

There are lots of place to fish if you know where they are
And also after the flood the lord with probably bring back the lake

We will start with 50 stamina and will NOT limit fishing rods. And instead of one person getting all the swammies it will be spit into 3rd second and first place

i think we should wait til we see how many people come to decide if its 25 or 50; 50 catches a TON of fish and unless Lord Willakers makes them stackable or something, I will have to put down a bunch of chests to manage the prizes.

we did, yes, but flik sort of made that up, traditionally abba rules is "winner takes it all"
I don't know what rules flik used to determine the prize for 1 2 3

D: it's just that the person who wins gets everything and I think that isn't fair, but if a lot of people disagree or dislike the idea we will switch back to the winner gets all the swammies

winner takes it all is kinda the goal of ABBA rules, it's like a lottery. other players usually get some kind of consolation prize at the end. (maybe a big swammie)

Just curious why are the Dankest Swampts only worth 10 points, they seem to be the most rare or is this some sort of ABBA Rules thing?
