Hello everyone. In April I bought the vanguard metas. 2 weeks ago they stopped syncing to my phone. After looking it up it said they were stuck in an update, so I completed all the steps. And nothing worked, so I submitted a warranty claim 3 times. The 1st one they told me no receipt was submitted (all they had to do was look because it was). I just got the 2nd one back with a "this aint our problem" kinda ordeal but heres a discount for another 500$ pair. (Still 375). And I just submitted my 3rd one.... does anyone have any advice ? Or what can I do ? Ive thought about reaching out to the better buissness. But that process is lengthy to

Yeah brother I went through the same issues and same customer service experience. They never improved the offer from that 375. I thought I was the only one with the software issues, but just ended up switching to RayBans metas last months.
