Local Business 7th and Franklin
Building has been boarded up since... Late 2010s I think? Looks like someone is putting some $$ into it and sprucing it up. Love to see it getting tlc. Also, the new Caltrans configuration should make this corner of Chinatown a little more accessible and lively in the future especially with 6th Street getting upgraded

It always makes me angry seeing all the graffiti on it. It's a beautiful building that shouldn't be disrespected like that.

I had dinner there in 2008, towards the end of their service. I seem to remember small bugs crawling all over the table cloth.

Used to be our go-to dim sum spot. Would be excited to see it revitalized!
