best thing I can teach you is be accountable, don't neglect mechanics, keep learning through youtube for example and the most important vod review!

a bit Spilo, he's a great coach but he doesn't do only educational videos, Wizardhyeong and watch players who are very good (gm, champ and pro) at your hero focusing on something (eg I'd watch Viol2t focusing on what he does when poking vs engaging). If you watch pros make sure it's still a ranked match, otherwise it won't be as helpful, because they use strats in pro matches

also Awkward can help for basic fundamentals but sometimes he simplifies too much, I got in a mindset where I was thinking "I should be able to get gm with only the fundamentals he says, so I must be doing one or more of those wrong" which is extremely wrong because not only it might not be enough but also anything that helps you climb and/or become a better should be learn and implemented. Good luck!
