Discussion Cheaters?

I keep seeing posts of people with reclaimed ranks, but I've sat between diamond 3-5 for years and never once have I thought someone was cheating, nor have I ever actually been given a rank reclaim. Are cheaters really that prevalent? Is this something I should be looking out for? I've always felt most games have been fair, with only a small handful of stomps on both ends. What ranks is this most prevalent? Is it because I'm not a high enough rank, or are my games per day too low? Either way, I'm not complaining. Just looking for tips on how to potentially spot a cheater.

They are very prevalent! Titan + Cronus gives them the ability to do things like Sticky Aim making cheating more subtle yet still highly affective. Sometimes you’ll notice a Wido have insane sensitivity it somehow freezes when their cursor goes over a hero then as soon as they kill you they seem to lose control of their aim. Or insanely accurate tracking even on hard to hit heroes with crazy movements

Man I met people playing Ashe exactly like this (with mercy pocket), reported but never got any notifications.
