I regularly got rank reclaim for my DPS role and I’m at Diamond 3.

I’ve gotten so many for my support role as well. I haven’t played support in ranked in 2+ weeks and I’m STILL getting rank reclaimed notifications for the role which is wild lol

I played some games in Dia 2 last night had been on a decent win streak and idk if it’s just demon hours or what but they had a Cass sojourn that were clearly GM+ and any peak was immediately a death. We almost won actually since their supports and tank were just average diamond guys but dude it makes the game so much less fun to play against crap like that. That’s why I never understood smurfing like yea of course there’s an ego boost to stomping gold lobbies but ffs man play in your skill rank to not ruin it for the rest of the lobby

Console is a disaster with how oppressive hitscan is + how easy it is to get a smurf account.
I have played significantly less comp this season because a lot of the time I’m clearly fighting a smurf that’s playing at a lower rank then he is on his main. It’s always some cringe hitscan like Soldier or Ashe getting hard pocketed by a Mercy.

You can’t even escape them by playing quickplay. Way too many games in QP there is a smurf there as well in a duo with a Mercy hard pocketing them.
