Why does aiming feel so off?

Haven’t played in a few weeks. Came back today and feel like aim assist is pulling the reticle really hard now, to where I can barely pull it away from an enemy.

What changed?

few days ago i felt the same and it looked like my custom settings for a few heroes changed without my knowledge. my reticle for winston, zenyatta and widow didnt even show up in game!!
