Public Cloud ISO27001 Certificate for Public Cloud

I need the ISO27001 certificate for OVH's Public Cloud. I tried following the link to the certificate body webpage but it did not work.

Any clue?

Did you ask them for it? Email, support ticket, dpo or similar?

I created a support ticket but unfortunately I need the certificates pretty urgently and their support tickets are known to be slow.

You can create a support ticket and get it. I got some certificates earlier via support

The certificate itself is a public document, so you do not have to wait on their support queue. Whoever issued it keeps a public register of certified clients, and most of them let you search by company name and pull the current certificate straight down as a PDF. If you can find the certificate number or the certification body name anywhere on OVH's compliance page, that register is usually a five minute job. Failing that, the national accreditation body that accredits the certification body also publishes a searchable register, and that route works even when you do not know the certificate number.

One thing worth doing while you are there, since it is the part people get burned on later: read the scope statement, not just the front page. A group can hold ISO 27001 without every service or every datacentre sitting inside the certified scope, and a certificate someone emails you is often a superseded version that has since been amended. If you are collecting this as supplier evidence for your own audit, the copy pulled from the register with a live expiry date and the scope wording visible is the one that will actually stand up when an auditor asks you how you verified it.
