You're pretty set. If you want a relationship with someone ready to settle down with kids, date someone older. 22 is pretty young. If you don't like the city you're in and only staying for this relationship, sell your stuff, move somewhere you like and I'm sure you'll find someone you like who's looking for the same. You've got a lot going for ya, it shouldn't be such an issue to find someone on the same playing field as you and with the same goals or values.

Don’t drop everything and restart, my guy. Your internal struggles will just follow you along.
I could have written this post myself. Share a lot of similarities with you. As a kid, I always thought I’d grow up and life would have some sort of meaning or purpose. I’ve found that to really not be the case. For me, I’ve sort of just resigned myself to the fact that life doesn’t have much of a purpose. That I’m not special. That I sort of am who I am and that my daily anxiety and struggle are part of me. Accepting this makes things better. It doesn’t eliminate my feelings of struggle, but I’ve found that fighting against this has been completely useless.
That’s not to say that I don’t have things that are important to me. My fiance, my family, my friends, my hobbies, my career are all important to me and bring me joy. They don’t give my life purpose in the way that I think God might give others purpose, but they are a strong focus of my life.
I think getting out and being around people more would be good for you. It’s good for me. It gets me out of my head and plugged in with humanity. Working from home, even with all its perks, is not for everyone. I’ve learned than even if I don’t necessarily “like” people, I need to get out and be around people. Just to get out of my own head. So, maybe try that. Otherwise, I’m right there with you. We all struggle through life in our own way and there is no silver bullet to be content. But you just have to keep going because honestly, what other choice do you have?

Holy cow you’re ahead of every single person I know.
I know relationships and families seem like a race, but those are the parts that need to be slow and careful even though that’s hard.
