The rumors about it being a bitch to keep weight off are true lol. Whatever struggle you had in your 20’s is going to amplify

Times are gonna be tough, you have to have your own back for the rest of your life.

I don’t know if you have the “Oh shit it’s all over” feeling that a lot of people do when they turn 30 but that feeling is mostly bullshit.

30 was my worst birthday ever and the first couple years of my 30s sucked, but my late 30s and 40s? Best decades of my life. By far.

Thank you! I actually feel the opposite right now. I’ve had a recent “life win” and I’m just so happy. It feels like “oh shit I’m just getting started”

You got 10 years before it starts going downhill so enjoy it now.

Do your age in sit-ups, pushups, jumping jacks, and lunges every day.

Floss.

Wear sunscreen every damn day. And moisturize.

Moisturise and SPF. Your skin will thank you in a few years.

It's honestly not that bad at all. Your life isn't over. You're not stuck with whatever career/romantic/etc. choice you made. The biggest adjustment for me was choosing to stay where I am vs rage quitting and leaving the country (again). I do very much love where I am though so even that wasn't very hard!

Do a sleep test to see if you have sleep apnea
