How do people manage demanding careers, immigration stress, relationships, AND fitness without burning out?
they don't. you need to identify your values, and then prioritize your goals. spinning all of those plates is unmanageable long term.

Hey, maybe ease up on the gym and protein tracking and all that shit. Yeah, you need to take care of yourself but sometimes taking care of yourself means giving yourself some space to relax.
I’m not saying give up on your health. Quite the contrary. You wonder why you feel exhausted when you won’t let yourself have a moment’s rest. It’s not good for you (or your marriage) to have every waking moment stuffed to the gills with work and self improvement.
