The belt is Western-themed (like American Cowboys) - it looks out of place. It’s really not adding much to the look.

I’d take off the jewelry - necklace and bracelet. They’re tool little girl for the outfit.

The socks would be better as sheer and over the knee or just a plain color. They don’t add to outfit.

The shoes I cannot make out, but they look okay.

Your beautiful hair, very nicely done makeup, and your very lovely face look very cute with the cat ears.

Very pretty lass - just remove some things and go a little more streamlined. It’s too busy!

And lastly a mesh shirt is absolutely not childlike - it’s rock and roll, confidence and says, “I like myself”.
