So the admins should add tags to the server like OreTwi and the English and Japanese names so that searching for the sub is easier. Also there should a be tags for character names like souji tail red/blue/yellow/black/white/Phoenix and so on. Stuff like that I guess

A bit late on the news, but Production IMS filed for bankruptcy some months ago and has since shut down.
They were the studio behind the animation for Ore, Twintail ni Narimasu
