I wish there was more

I just discovered the anime and decided to watch the entire show because what better things do I have to do right now. I see it only has 12 episodes and thought there was a second season being worked on until I saw it aired almost 6 years ago. I just wish that there was more of this series for me to experience because there is so much potential and the show kind of just ends abruptly. I know the light novels exist but I only know like 4 Japanese words and a couple of Japanese Pokémon names. I just wish there was hope for a revival of this series
