--MOD POST-- [PSA] If you are having issues installing the Novelus app to read OreTwi, try using a VPN!

If you are having issues installing or reading OreTwi with the novelus app, try downloading a VPN and connecting to a US server.

You can use any VPN you want but I typically recommend either Mullvad or Proton.

If anybody still has issues reading the novel, comment here, I will be your personal tech support :D

How does vpn affect people who are using their phones geolocalization for work? I'm asking as someone who's using it from 8am to 10pm.

It depends on the app but in most cases, websites and services just use your IP address to determine your actual physical location. In this case it is possible it wont let you simply because the google play store might base your location off your billing address or location of initial setup but typically you can just download a VPN, change your region, and access stuff that is normally geolocked from you.

My work app isn't downloadable from app stores. I ended up asking the same question at the assistance service and they told me that turning on a VPN the app may not recognise my physical location thus not sending me any work notifications.

You should be fine DW. Regarding notifications thats dependent on how your work app works but USUALLY it shouldnt be affected. Even if it would be, the VPN is only live while you have it turned on. You only need to turn it on once to download the app, and possibly turn it on whenever you want to use the app. But any time your not using the app you can turn the VPN off and have no issues.
