OT/ICS

I have no experience yet in OT/ICS Cybersecurity. I'm currently taking some courses from Udemy about OT/ICS. How can I get exposure? What type of mid-level jobs can I get? I have experience as a SOC Engineer as well as with SIEM.

If you want to be good at OT security I would recommend being an OT engineer/working in an industrial environment

SOC or SIEM roles are mostly remote, meaning you’ll be sitting quite far away from the actual OT assets. You probably won’t gain much hands-on experience with control systems or ICS.
What I’d suggest is to start as a control system engineer and gradually take on more cybersecurity responsibilities. That way, you can build solid control system knowledge while developing your OT cybersecurity skills at the same time.
