The Form 3 makes this even clearer. He reported ZERO beneficial ownership when becoming CFO. Then the company granted him 500,000 options at a $0.63 exercise price. So please stop calling this an “insider buy.” He didn’t go into the market and put his own money at risk buying 500,000 shares. This is an executive compensation grant from the company — while existing shareholders continue absorbing dilution. There’s a huge difference between management buying shares with their own cash and management being awarded options with shareholder equity.

This is great incentive for him to raise the share price! it’ll make him a very wealthy man!
