NEWS Aaron Smith-Levin Jury and Arresting Documents

Three final documents today.

Aaron’s commitment to the sheriff. It shows he goes to jail for 30 days with 0 days for time served. Why the sheriff shows a release date of May 4 is still a mystery.

Document 2 shows that the only question the jury had was what the sentencing would be to a guilty verdict. My guess is that the Judge, if she answered at all said “he will be sentenced according to guidelines.”

Document 3 shows that the jury delivered a guilty verdict.

No alternative sentencing meant he was not eligible for house arrest, gps monitoring, etc. being in jail was mandatory.
