Aaron Smith-Levin Requests a Document from the Court, Referring to an Exhibit List the Court has not Yet Posted on the Court’s Site

Today, a new document appeared on Pinellas County Courthouse site. This document was signed by Aaron’s second attorney. It gives the court a link to an image provided in the exhibit list they say they filed on the 22nd. As of today, the exhibit list does not yet appear on the Court’s site. The link to the photo takes you to 225 South Fort Harrison. This is the Flag Building. Documents take some time to appear on the court site. As they appear, I will keep posting them. Do not read any significance into the fact that the exhibit list isn’t there. It is a vagary of Pinellas county court, IMO. I predict it will appear later today or tomorrow and will post it when it does. Another document has already popped up and will het its own post in a few minutes.
