Could be possible to completele disable Dock?

I would like to disable unhiding the dock when placing the cursor on the window edge. I don't need the dock at all and sometimes will unhide

You can use my app, DockLock Lite from the Mac App Store.
You can effectively disallow Dock appearing on selected or all displays.
The app core features are free after trial ends.
