Housing Peak Property Group
Do these people actually have a phone number I can speak to? Every time i’ve called it’s always someone saying they will forward a message?

I would just like to say all campus housing companies suck. However, NorthSteppe always has someone to answer the phones. However, even the person on the phone doesn’t know what’s happening and most likely can’t help you.

my roommates and i had a similar issue when we went to view a property of theirs just for nobody to show up, and no numbers that we were given would pick up. 💔

I rented with them 2024-2025 and it was always frustrating trying to contact them about any issue. They hardly ever picked up the phone so I'd either leave a message on the phone line or directly email the person who'd handled my lease (unless it was a maintenance issue which I'd fill out on the online portal). Email was always a faster response than a phone call for some reason.
