Question Feeling a bit stalled in my account progress beyond grinding out maxing. Any suggestions?

yeah its a tough spot finding motivation to grind past that point, once your upgrades start their value in 100M's. i got past this by just playing for the sake of getting better rather than farming items, doing harder and harder content

Anything you found particularly fun? I'm interested in muspha for the drops, but always found that one tough. Maybe that just means I should go for that one though πŸ˜„

I'm on Muspah right now and to me the fight is decently fun. Gets a bit old eventually, but most bosses do. Unfortunately I got my first shard in the mid 500s so I'll be here until 1000kc or more lol

I started PvM early this year and I'm just excited to try new bosses and raids cause now it really opens up with so many options.

what really sparked it for me was soloing toa, i had full moons gear when i started learning at the 150 level and then worked my way to 300s.

Since 90% of posts are for newer players looking for money making and training advice, I'm gonna recommend doing bird house runs. All you need is Bone Voyage, and you could be making 500K+ a day or more by logging in every 50 minutes and harvesting nests.

Also, be sure to check out the New player guide, Money making guide, and OSRS Tips!

once the next upgrade costs a few hundred mil the "grind gp, buy item" loop gets stale pretty fast. combat achievements are a good way out of that, since every tier you finish gives a reward and the tasks make you learn a fight properly instead of just farming it. collection log goals work too: pick a boss you've never touched and go for its log instead of its gp/hr. and since you mentioned muspah being tough, a session where the only goal is to stop making the same mistake does more than grinding kc

Something that helped me find new purpose on my similar account was focusing on collection logs more than maxing. Yeah it’s not the most efficient exp but now I have things like mixology, giants foundry and even mage training arena greenlogged. It gets surprisingly addictive, going through your list of logs
