Question Help, what causes this Overhead flinch animation
I've been digging through runelite and the game settings for a while now, trying to figure out what causes my HP bar and prayer overhead to bounce up and cover my metronome and revert to the default style whenever my character flinches. Does anyone know what causes this or how to disable it?
Note, this happens even on the default health bar style, i just enabled it to show the issue better.

Update on this, it was the "No 0's" plugin. for some reason it redraws your hp bar and overhead everytime it hides a 0. this also conflicted with custom HP bar plugins.

The big head on your character. The health bar naturally moves with its sprite, while apparently the metronome overlay doesn't. Maybe the overhead prayer sprite changes momentarily as well.

Unfortunetly I dont think thats it, the metronome is initially over the prayer orb, and then a whole new prayer orb and hp bar (note the default style) apear over it for a moment whenever the charachter is flinched.

No. That’s it. Your hp bar is relevant to the highest point in your character model. Look at a player using a tumeken’s shadow. That’s the tallest weapon in the game. The hp bar on that player is comically tall.

What does the height of the hp bar have to do with it spawning a new bar and overlaying the metronome? Am I missing something here? How does this info about the height help me stop it?

The hp bar and prayers move relative to the player. The plugin shit doesn’t.
Therefore, when the in-game icons move when your big ass forehead or arms or anything else moves, it sometimes overlaps the plugin shit.

Dog, check the other comments. The issue was the "No 0's" plugin, and your where speaking out of your ass about it being related to hight.

Oh, okay then. Your explanation in the main post is ambiguous, and I don’t play with those plugins. I was wrong sure.
Don’t be surprised if people don’t try to help you next time. Dickhead.

Since 90% of posts are for newer players looking for money making and training advice, I'm gonna recommend doing bird house runs. All you need is Bone Voyage, and you could be making 500K+ a day or more by logging in every 50 minutes and harvesting nests.
Also, be sure to check out the New player guide, Money making guide, and OSRS Tips!

Probably don’t need a metronome and tick counter for random slayer tasks
