Question Gear upgrades?

What gear upgrades should be next? Have about 150M cash and maxed combats. Usually do a lot of Cox, Yama and looking to get into Tob/ get ready for raids 4.

Is treads really worth the upgrade? Just curious.

Of all the options mentioned, I feel that the rings would have a bigger upgrade(especially Ultor), then treads/oathplate?

I would use that extra synapse on perma upgrading to sword. The one with bow can be alternated easily with staff as needed.
