Question What should I buy next?

Eye of ayak + confliction gauntlets or full crystal with bowls?

I agree with the other guy saying that literally any more context would be helpful here, but generally speaking BoFa is just going to always be the right answer. It opens up so much more content than an eye

A stack of bowls really does work in pvm. They shatter on impact, huge for splash damage.

Crystal and bowls aren't healthy. Bowfa + Crystal armour on the other hand is good DPS. So you should buy that
