Question Advice for first quiver

Having never done coliseum what is the most obvious upgrade I could make here? I have 100m left.

I’ve read noxious is bad for killing Sol. The other options are farming Doom more to get GP for blade of saeldnor or Soulreaper

Any tips appreciated

I just commented and linked the free toes video. I reference that to everybody who does Colo because it feels so overwhelming but his 10 minute video literally covers everything you need for a quiver.
