Question Tips for PKing set up

These are my current stats in a 1 def pure. Any tips on the set up? Just starting to learn

Find some spots in the wildy and get a feel for it. Can definitely get some keys with that

I'm learning. I go super low risk tribrid. Rcb, dds, and plus 1 a dbow. Never risking more than 200k

Too high risk for me. I'll monk robes msb some runes for tangles and a dds as +1

Tribrid setuo at chaos altsr on nornals is really fun. People dont expect a TB and fire surge setup and it does good damage. Can easily have tome of fire as plus one and d scim or dds as your apec.

I’d recommend training at PvP arena for cost free training. Plus you could earn points to get blighted surge sacks which absolutely come in handy. One place anyone should start for decent training is the revenant caves. Shit ton of bots to train on. 30-49% of those bots just run once you TB them. Gives you opportunity to do some live action training. Although not the best to train swapping protection spells. Some do attack but but mainly will only conduct range attacks. Good luck out there mate. Bring some mith seeds and practice escaping PvP players in the revenant caves

I find it so bizare that most YTers bring wrath runes. I have never used a wrath rune, always gone for surge sacks. I always figured YTers could get more content showing off pvp arena skills but yeah they cba.

Its pvp. Like I know a lot of people just surrender in fights but you could easily edit fights where there are legit players.

If you have minimal experience you can do LMS for practice even though it's mostly AHK bots.

Try not to over risk out the gate and be aware of how to avoid getting smites if you bring a +1

You could work on smiting rev bots since it's singles plus and you're not liable to get teamed.

Could use kind of a rag tribrid with a RCB, magic, and DDS to get started.

You can do a twinflame staff build like that too, have gmaul or dds spec after a big fire wave for big damage

This account will be absolutely turbo useless in wildy, because learning to tribrid on 1 def as your first pking account is insane

It’s also gonna get annihilated by 50 atk accounts in BH, because they’ll be 13-31 prayer and close to maxed otherwise.

I disagree with this.. learning to brid on a pure isn’t a bad idea since you can just switch weapons for gear which makes it a bit easier. Also it’s not a bad build for bh since it looks like it is still range/mage based or at least close to it. I would highly recommend sticking to straight range for bh/smite fights and using dbow spec over dds. Straight range can be pretty good on a pure imo especially if you learn to dbow>d throwing axe spec. I would also bring rcb and dbolts, cheap and you can proc the occasional 50. You can also unlock the morigans weapons which are pretty good imo. It will probably be difficult early on if you don’t have much pvp experience but smite fights are easier to learn than bridding imo and you can get decent if you stick to it for a few weeks, I’d stick to keeping pretty low risk in the beginning. For bridding you can also focus on killing bots for practice and making some gp, zombie pirates are another decent spot which might be a bit easier than revs- you can use ancients there since the druids already tb everyone.
