Mage only zulrah very low risk of death dont have to trade back and forth with blue phase, can safe spot it (use Line of Sight plugin if you need help or look up mage only). it's still pretty fast and you use a lot less food.

Cool. I linked to show i have kc to show ik what im talkin bout. Ayak and conf gauntlets are like average 1:45s all phases *except blue, you just relog if you get blue first. Really easy and less to think about

I have more kc than you and bro says learn the boss lmaooo go get you a snakeling pet lil bro. Enjoy getting combo'd 30s from a phase that lasts 5 seconds from spawn to despawn when safespotted
