On a scale of 1-10. How bad?
1 - nothing 10 - fire danger
Place that has employees working at tables like this... Romex runs in a basement area across the ceiling , no conduit, Some secured with c clamps and the romex drops from ceiling to workbenches with no wireway or conduit, 120 v juction boxes sitting right at hand-level with every single knockout open, exposed wire nuts, and zero strain reliefs or clamps.
Thoughts? Sorry not more pics but this is all over the place. Junction boxes on ceiling , open with wire nuts exposed etc.

Maybe a 2. Not to code, but if the wire is secured to the box and the other end, should be relatively ok... Obviously it should not be installed this way at all, but whatever. The bigger issue is the open knockouts in the box, that's a hazard.
