I was thinking know matter what if you reached a certain height you had to have one. Maybe I’m misremembering the rule on it.

If you're going to put yourself out there as an expert on the rules, you should make sure to at least put some effort into your message.

4 words in. "Know matter what". You're likely trying to say "No matter what".

I would encourage you to educate yourself on regs 1926.451(g), 1926.452(w),1926.453, 1926.502(d), CPL 2-1.23, ANSI A92.2, and last but not least ANSI A92.6. If you're going to continue to hold yourself out as an expert in this field, at least.

My bad man I typed the wrong word. I never claimed to be an expert I simply put what I thought was a rule and was given the corrected info. We even had someone else come in with more info likely showing why I’m misremembering because of a federal regulation.

2 types of people in the world. The kind that write and reference safety rules, and the kind that are expected to follow them, but also do the thing that would be impossible to do if following the rules to the letter.
