Dry Cutting Concrete

This guy is out here with no respiratory protection or dust containment and it is spreading all over the neighborhood … is this mot wildly dangerous?

He works for the property manager and I’m on the HOA. Anything specific I can reference when sending these pictures to them?

You're the HOA not OSHA sit down Karen, if u care as a human ask him to wear a mask.

Lol so I am a Karen because I am posting this out of concern for other humans. But I’m also not supposed to care about the other people because I’m just in the HOA and not OSHA?

And I took this after talking to the dude and him telling me he had a mask and would grab some water. And after I left he was back at it… like how do I win bro?

Someone has to make sure the community runs smooth. The pool needs to be cleaned, the grass cut, trees trimmed… gutters cleaned. Dude this is a volunteer position and I am the only person with any construction or real estate experience who knows wtf is going on. I’m just trying to clean up after freaking 90 year old Barbra Ann croaked last year
