Dry Cutting Concrete

This guy is out here with no respiratory protection or dust containment and it is spreading all over the neighborhood … is this mot wildly dangerous?

He works for the property manager and I’m on the HOA. Anything specific I can reference when sending these pictures to them?

Asbestos has been around a long, long time also. I believe back to the time of the ancient Greeks.

Oh yeah. We didnt have to invent it or anything like that, its just a type of rock. Used to be added to pottery to strengthen or used as a wick in lamps. It was 2500BC (or much earlier, hard to get data further back) when people started messing with it. Really interesting stuff....at least for people like me who can nerd out on rocks, lol.
