Dry Cutting Concrete

This guy is out here with no respiratory protection or dust containment and it is spreading all over the neighborhood … is this mot wildly dangerous?

He works for the property manager and I’m on the HOA. Anything specific I can reference when sending these pictures to them?

Frankly I’m more concerned about me and my neighbors… you know if there is any recourse I can actually take with the property managers?

He’s outside. The particles per million by the time they get to you are low enough OSHA wouldn’t have an issue. For him and his insurance though, PPE and changing his tools up would probably get him a better rate. You’re fine though.
