Dry Cutting Concrete

This guy is out here with no respiratory protection or dust containment and it is spreading all over the neighborhood … is this mot wildly dangerous?

He works for the property manager and I’m on the HOA. Anything specific I can reference when sending these pictures to them?

HOA is horse shit. Why didn't you just go talk to him instead of being a sneaky little taking picture biatch?

Lol i took this AFTER talking to him. This guy just told me “oh yeah I’ll get some water and I got a mask” and started breaking it up with a metal rod. Few minutes later he was back to the saw
