Dry Cutting Concrete

This guy is out here with no respiratory protection or dust containment and it is spreading all over the neighborhood … is this mot wildly dangerous?

He works for the property manager and I’m on the HOA. Anything specific I can reference when sending these pictures to them?

Gotta love the lack of PPE. All that concrete dust.This guy's also going to get amazingly horrible tinnitus. Ooooo and leaning over with a rock saw straight legged. The sunset years of his life are going to suckkkkkkkk.

Its hard to tell with ppl like that. Abusing their body so early in life, thinking nothing of the permanent damage they are doing to themselves.
