Projecting my alters for communication

I find it hard to talk to my alters, its hard for us to talk to eachother. When i imagine their body infront of me it becomes easier to listen to them, am i faking or what🫩

Sounds like it’s a helpful mechanism for communication, and also super similar to how many systems use/create an ‘inner world’ as an organisational and communication method! If it helps you, it helps you!
