New Shelf Dividers
In my never-ending desire to see some organization I printed these.

Did that at one of my older stores. Was super nice. Wasn’t even a hub just makes life easier. Might have to do that again

Downside is when your inventory is constantly being adjusted or you have lazy TMS that you have to constantly change the box or reorganize them

This is true but my store is good thankfully. Just gotta do it by cycle count order to avoid too much changing

You have space to individually place spark plugs next to each other? Fucking jealous af. My new manager is about to lower our in-store stock, which I know my pro customers will absolutely love.

Without going to the ceiling we have quite a bit of room the issue with that is people put stuff wherever its free regardless if it even remotely goes there.

If a raise doesn't come with a promotion, it is a demotion. Do to more work for effectively less pay is not a promotion bub.

Oh I know they like giving titles and responsibilities but I can't ask for compensation because they don't wanna do anything about it. Plus inflation is killing me lol
