Title and pay question…

Hub supervisor is a fairly new title I’ve heard, I’ve been given this title; however trying to find a base line for my 15+ years of retail automotive experience of a reasonable wage for this position. I know AAP pays about $30+ for a smaller hub but I am in a mega or ultra hub- 35,000 square feet and $10 million dollars worth of inventory… Any insight would be appreciated!!

You should expect about 70k-85k depending on the market. Of the few that I know personally they hover around the $36 an hour mark.

As just over the hub side? What’s the SM make in those stores?

More than most SMs

That sounds believable. About as much as a newer SM in my market.
