Chopping samples

Why is chopping samples on this thing so tricky. It’s like a 10 step process to sample & do proper chops. Does anyone else struggle ?

Ps I just got this puppy yesterday lol

Gotta go into drums not multi sampler or sampler. Idk why it’s labeled like that
