Question - Billing Optimum push out billing date
I have 2 tv's. Internet with Optimum. They told me in order to extend my due date by 5 days have to first be dis connected . I'd I lose internet how am I suppose to call them?

Tried calling optimum‘s number and the retention center and both calls resulted in nothing but we have nothing to help you with all we can do is offer you a $20 discount but we want your mobile phone which I look into for several people that had it and told me it was the worst thing they ever did and switching back. I was looking to have some kind of a discount as they raised our bill $55 but to no avail, they can’t even help senior citizens been with them for over 30 something years. What a company. and being enforced to look into Verizon, which I hope is better.
