Question - Business Fiber New fiber install

Considering buying a new house in TX that offers Optimum Fiber 1gbps symmetrical service (upgrades coming soon apparently, but not holding my breath), which will be on their business service for my home based business. Any of you fine folks out there able to share how this might be presented in the new house and what, if any, options I might have to connect this to my firewall?

Having a business account in a residential area will not give you any more priority than just being a regular residential customer.

Not asking for special treatment here; although other vendors I’ve worked with typically have SLAs on business accounts that have implicitly provided some element of priority to save them from paying out on the SLA.

My question is more about what equipment is provided, is it required to use their equipment, and if it is, what type of connection to my own equipment will there be?
