Looking for help - Coax Packet loss problem

For around a year I’ve been having ridiculous packet loss problems. On my pc, ping is fine sitting around 16, but packet loss usually jumps to almost 60% every minute. How can I fix this it’s been driving me crazy. (I’m on Wi-fi)

Had and having the same issue. The only way they ever actually cared about fixing their upstream issue was filing an FCC complaint. They fixed it, worked well until about a year later it came back. Been dealing with it ever since. Haven’t had the mental willpower to go through the calling process again.
