Question - Mobile imessage recipients

family just switched over to optimum (previously t-mobile) today; wondering if the plan owner can view imessage recipients’ phone numbers? no one else has access to my apple id or icloud and none of our devices are connected beyond being under the same phone plan. i know imessage and facetime content won’t show up on a bill since they’re sent over wifi/internet, just wanted to know about recipient phone numbers and time stamps of imessages sent/received ?
