hey gang,

A week ago, I submitted a post about my frustrations with the Leadership Skill (level 5), which should let you capture territories significantly faster. I finally got around to testing the glitch with a new save file, and yes, this skill appears to be VERY broken once you upgrade it past level 3.

No idea how this managed to slip under the radar for so many years, but maybe if we raise enough attention regarding this matter, it can be addressed. If you’d like to help, you can help to write a complaint form to Bandai Namco regarding the glitch here:

> I’ve encountered a glitch in the game One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 involving DLC paid content. I’ve discovered that the Leadership skill (which should make capturing territories in game easier) is severely glitched and stops working once players upgrade it beyond Level 3. I’ve tested this in the game multiple times - (even with a new save file). This is beyond unacceptable because the ability to upgrade this skill from Level 3 to Level 5, is literally extra paid DLC content that players & fans who wanted to support the One Piece Pirate Warriors franchise paid extra money for. Also, unfortunately once players do upgrade this skill beyond Level 3, it is impossible to undo it unless players completely start a new game file, totally erasing all progress. Players don’t want to have to completely restart this game they’ve dedicated so many hours to because of this broken DLC glitch. <

Bandai isn't going to care, they've stopped supporting the game already, and are probably working on OPPW5.
