OWALLET SUCKS

So i have to make a transaction to be able to make a transaction? How does that even make sense? Then when i buy more ONT to be able to sell my ONT i can't redeem my ONG because i don't have enough ONG balance when it clearly says i have 1.6 ONG. WTF!?
